Sun Huan,[1] style name Shuwu (叔武), was a military general of Eastern Wu during the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history.

In fiction

In Luo Guanzhong's historical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, during the Battle of Xiaoting, Sun was appointed the commander-in-chief of Eastern Wu's forces. He was defeated by the Shu Han army and lost his subordinate generals Xie Jing and Li Yi (李異). Following this, Sun's fortress at Yiling was then surrounded by the enemy. Sun defended the fortress until reinforcements arrived.
